Refund & Cancellation Policy / 退款与取消政策

1. General

Due to limited small-group seats, fees are non-refundable. We provide flexible alternatives to support your learning journey.

2. If You Cannot Attend

• Deferral: You may roll your seat to a future equivalent intake (subject to published schedules).
• Transfer: You may transfer your seat to another participant (notify us in writing at least 7 days before start).

3. Organizer Deferral/Cancellation

• For minimum headcount, venue or force-majeure reasons, the intake will be deferred to the next run.
• If Lumshara cancels an intake, you may choose a full refund or deferral.

4. Instalments

Approved instalments must be paid as scheduled. Deferral/transfer does not void outstanding instalments; terms carry over.

5. Force Majeure

For pandemic, natural disasters or government directives, courses will be deferred; refunds do not apply.

因小班名额有限，付款后恕不退款。但我们提供弹性方案支援你的学习旅程。

2. 学员无法出席时

• 顺延： 可延用至未来一期同类课程（以公告档期为准）。
• 转让： 可将名额转让给他人（请于开课前至少 7 天书面通知）。

3. 主办方调整/取消

• 若因人数、场地或不可抗力需调整，将顺延至下一期。
• 如主办方取消整期，学员可选择全额退款或顺延。

4. 分期付款

经核准的分期应按期缴付；顺延/转让并不影响未付分期，原条款继续适用。

5. 不可抗力

如疫情、天灾、政府命令等，课程将顺延；恕不退费。
