1. Services

Lumshara (“we”, “us”) offers UK-certified Angelic Reiki and healing arts programs. Course details (dates, venue, inclusions) follow the official landing page for each intake. We may reasonably adjust schedules, venue, or teacher assignments when needed.

2. Registration & Payment

• Your seat is confirmed once payment (or an approved instalment plan) is made.
• Seats are personal, but may be deferred or transferred under Clause 4.

3. Participant Conduct

• Arrive on time, honour classroom etiquette, and respect personal boundaries & confidentiality.
• Our programs are for personal growth; they are not medical treatments and results vary.

4. Deferral & Transfer (Participant)

• Fees are non-refundable. You may defer to a future equivalent intake or transfer your seat to another person. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days before class starts.
• Any approved instalment plan continues as scheduled; terms carry over to the deferred/transfer seat.

5. Deferral/Cancellation (Organizer)

• If adjustments are required (minimum headcount, venue, force majeure), the course will be deferred to the next intake.
• If Lumshara cancels the entire intake, you may choose a full refund or deferral.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials (handouts, recordings, visuals) are owned by Lumshara or licensors. No copying, uploading, or commercial use without written consent.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the current intake.

8. Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and may be updated periodically. The latest version on our website applies.

Lumshara（“本机构”）提供英国认证的天使灵气与疗愈课程。各期开课日期、地点与内容以报名页为准；必要时我们可合理调整时间、地点或导师安排。

2. 报名与付款

• 完成付款（或获批分期）即视为报名成功并保留名额。
• 名额具个人属性，但可依第 4 条办理顺延或转让。

3. 学员规范

• 准时出席、尊重课堂礼仪与隐私界线。
• 课程属个人成长性质，非医疗行为，效果因人而异。

4. 学员之顺延与名额转让

• 恕不退款；学员可顺延至未来同类课程或转让名额（请于开课前至少 7 天书面通知）。
• 已核准之分期须依原计划缴付；顺延/转让时，原条款延续适用。

5. 主办方之顺延/取消

• 若因人数或不可抗力需调整，将顺延至下一期开课。
• 如主办方取消整期课程，学员可选择全额退款或顺延。

6. 知识产权

教材、讲义、录音/影等为 Lumshara 或授权人所有；未经书面同意，不得复制、上传或商业使用。

7. 免责声明与责任限制

不保证特定结果；法律许可范围内，我们的总赔偿责任以上限为您已支付之当期课程费用。

8. 适用法律与修订

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，并可能定期更新；以网站所载最新版本为准。
